Architecture as a service

This is for clients with an existing programme of work who are looking for flexible ways to access architecture expertise for underlying projects whilst lifting their overall architecture practice maturity.

Architecture as a Service (AaaS) is a retainer model where clients can access the exact architecture skills needed and when required on a fractional basis. And they can also adjust the level of support when business priorities change. Cyma can provide practitioners with solution, domain and reference architecture expertise.

  • Clients only pay for skilled resources for the time they need.

  • The right skills can be accessed for the right projects at the right time, and be scaled up or down as required.

  • We’re a collective of architecture experts and practitioners so we can draw on the broader expertise of other team members when or if it is required.

  • Our architects get to know your business and your teams through regular project engagement.

David Molesworth, Head of Practice Excellence & Delivery

“Our architecture as a service model has seen huge growth over recent years, because it’s a win-win model.

Clients get an architecture partner they can scale with, getting the exact skills they need, at the run-rate they need, when they need it - without the need for traditional project resource paperwork. Cyma staff get more intimate with their clients, more involved in the outcomes, and there is longer continuity of engagements.”
